As part of the EPS 125^th Anniversary Celebration Year, the EPS is the host organizer for the Canadian Police Canine Association National Championship, September 15-17, 2017. Teams from all across Canada will participate. The EPF is a sponsor of a free public day being held on Sunday, September 17 at Edmonton Ballpark to help promote and educate the public about the EPS and to see the Canine Unit in action.
